Achievements
These days poker players are judged by a lot of things. How good they do in tournaments, how much money they make, how they act around a final table,…
Because I do not play poker for a living I’m just gonna inform you about my tournament results. We’ve decided to really put some work in organizing a lot of small tournaments, besides the bigger TPC-tournaments we already organize.
So what will you find on these pages? Below you will find a list of the different kind of tournaments I’ll be playing.
Togenblik Poker Championship
These tournaments are mostly somewhat bigger tournaments where mostly NL Hold’em is the game of choice. Normally around 40-50 players enter these tournaments. The winner is rewarded with a nicely engraved bracelet and some drink vouchers. I have done pretty well in these tournaments but have never won an edition, so that’s on my to do list for the near future!
Togenblik After Dark
This format is based on the familiar format of NBC’s Poker After Dark, where six players battle it out in a short-handed tournament. These episodes are based on different themes each time, so different people get invited each time. For example: “I wear my sunglasses at night”, “Jessica and the boys”,…
Home Series Of Poker
The HSOP are a series of tournaments that are invitational only and strictly limited to my standard home-game group. These tournaments are really ment to decides who is the best all round player in our home-game. We rotate different games, like Seven Card Stud, Omaha and even HORSE.
History Of Poker
In this format we want to relive the final tables of some large tournaments. We invite 6/8/9 different people (depending on which table we are reliving), draw them randomly and they get the exact amount of chips and the exact seat at the table of their character they represent at the moment.
