HSOP: title number five
Last Saturday, I won my fifth Home Series of Poker title. It was the inaugural Eight-game Championship, a mix of eight poker variants. My second win in four HSOP’s this season puts me also back in the lead for the Player of the Year race.
Lovin’ the game again
It’s been a while, wow. Almost two months I believe. Been busy with work, travelling, the Series and some other (off course very important) stuff. There wasn’t much time, and interest, in playing poker. But now, since we had the third PokerCamp, my hands are yet again eager to bluff Michiel Maes.
A non WSOP post
It’s all about the Rio lately. The World Series of Poker is the center of attention, and it should be. The Series is the most entertaining poker event of the year. I love it. But besides following it almost 24/7, talking about it and blogging every flop, this time I’m not talking about Vegas for once.
Zero for four
I had some busy poker weeks with pretty disappointing results. Four big tournaments and zero wins. I didn’t even made a deep run somewhere. This due to a combination of some bad luck and some bad poker.
Going for titles
Busy weeks coming up in our local poker circuit. Since I decided to focus my attention on tournaments this year, it’s a great opportunity for me to reach some of my goals.
